Title: Body Transformation club


First, allow me to thank you for visiting the Spotter.

Through the various features on our site, we have focused on creating a guide to lasting health. This begins by finding support and information neccesary to achieve your fitness goals. In order to assist in this process, I invite you to sign up for a free membership join our "Body Transformation Club"

This eight week program-- which will begin in late October-- teaches the skills to set and achieve fitness goals for a lifetime. We provide custom workout charts, expertise from a personal trainer and support from a workout buddy to give you all the tools neccesary to experience long term health.

By the end of our program, not only will you feel and look great, but you will understand why. Join the group and stay tuned for announcements on when/how things will begin. In the meantime, I invite you to post more about yourself and your goals on our group message board.
